At the Angelina Tea House, the chestnut is presented quite exquisitely in the Velouté de châtaignes. It is a chestnut cream soup with summer truffle breakings that is served beautifully in a small milk jug.
For tea, the Angelina Tearoom has a chestnut offering as well. Thé Mont-Blanc is made of black tea, which is flavored with candied chestnuts, biscuit, toffee, orange blossom, and apricot. Although, it presents a complex flavor profile, the taste of chestnut really shines through.
You should definitely not miss their most divine offering: the Mont Blanc. The Mont-Blanc is a mouth-watering confection with the chestnut cream, being the main ingredient.
